Misfit Fitness MN offers training that’s based on your needs and meets you where you’re at, with the goal of creating long-term, sustainable overall health and wellness.

Going to a gym can be intimidating and overwhelming, especially if you’re like me and never saw yourself as athletic or sporty (I was always the artsy weirdo). My goal is to get you feeling confident and proficient in the gym or wherever you want to move your body.

Book a free 30-minute virtual consultation with Danelle Cloutier, a personal trainer certified through the American Council on Exercise. They’re located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Custom program design

  • Get a customized workout program tailored to your needs
  • Workouts are delivered through an app (My PT Hub) with a warm up, workout and cool down
  • Videos of each move and descriptions, along with suggested weight, reps and rest time
  • Regular checkins to make sure you’re on track
  • I’m available for any questions
  • You do the workouts on your own time at any gym of your choice

  • 4-5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in NE Minneapolis
  • Full body programming for strength and conditioning
  • Everyone does the same workout with scaling options
  • Great if you like a group setting
  • Recommended for people who feel comfortable with freeweights and getting your heart rate up
